Redevelopment and restoration for "Nazareno Gabrielli" old factory to change it into a hotel called "Interno Marche Design Hotel".

This restoration is aimed at pursuing the GBC Historic Building® and LEED v4 BD+C: Hospitality certifications, representing a unique case - local and international (first building in the world).

Interno Marche Design Hotel has chosen to simultaneously undertake the two certification processes for design and construction.

This path testifies the desire to support knowledge and historical craftsmanship typical of our tradition oriented to sustainability making them part of the green building community, enhancing and internationalizing the cultures of the "rebuild & reconsolidate" in a territorial context strongly affected by seismic events.

During the whole day of April 14, 2022, will be held in Tolentino an event designed and coordinated by the GBC Italy together with Design Terrae, realized with Municipality of Tolentino and Ferrovie dello Stato Group: the intent is to provide an opportunity for comparison between institutions and stakeholders to define the best sustainable experiences in public and private contexts.
