The property is located in the Marche region, in the prestigious South area of Porto San Giorgio, the most recent part of the city. The property consists of a single building containing 31 garages, 23 apartments and 4 terraced houses, on two and three floors. The façades are made of brick facing, while some portions of the walls are covered with a green and/or white mosaic. Some of the openings have been made of galvanized iron and white painted canopies with polyester glazes for outdoor use, with steel support rods on which glazings are placed.
